I enjoyed my time spent in the store. my needs were met and after delivery they were fulfilled. Thank you Mr Tony, I'm satisfied.
When I objected those rules, it turns out that the contract says so! have a look at the contract and see if you can read it in this fine prints!
We have been to pretty much every furniture store within a 10-mile radius of the City. This store by far had the best customer service. We went into the store several times. We were very happy with the service provided by the saleswoman, Michelle. She was able to help us customize everything to fit the look we were going for. Originally, we had planned on only furnishing our living room from Gavigan's, but they were able to offer us great value and protection plans, so we ended up adding in bedroom and dining room furniture as well. Wide variety of products that we didn't see in other furniture stores.
DO NOT LET them fool you! They run pretty dirty tricks to take your money and keep it in their bussiness!
overall the experience I had was the one of the worst in my life.
This area of Route 40 is efficient for furniture shoppers because there are about 7 furniture stores within 2 miles. It was rather surprising that many of those stores were selling the exact same products but at wildly different prices. Gavigans had a selection that seemed better curated and higher quality but not really more expensive than several of the nearby stores. We're still searching but have put this store on our list to visit again.
My wife and I had a great experience shopping for a couch. Julie was attentive without being pushy. She was knowledgeable and professional. She answered any question we had about different products and materials with sound options and advice.
The sales persons will say anything to you to make you buy their products. In my case, the salesman was very talkative and "sweet". He even told me about his mother health status but somehow "forgot" to tell me that the furniture I bought was not refundable and they will only give me "Credit store" after cutting 30% of the price as "re-shelving fee". The bookshelf we bought didn't go through the stairs so we had no choice but to return it.
I requested to speak the manager several times, and I was promised the he/she will call but nothing happen.
All the surrounding furniture stores have more flexible return rules and best of all, they don't have the 30% "re-shelving fee" I d recommend you go anywhere but this place.
