I cannot say enough about how wonderful this office is. I came in with an emergency and they took care of everything immediately and were understanding, honest, and comforting. They looked at my dog immediately even though we obviously didn't have an appointment (but seemed to keep things running smoothly out front as well) and took such good care of him, were extremely thorough in making sure everything was okay, and explaining everything to me. I am so, so thankful we came to Paradise. I was only in town visiting so this isn't our regular vet, but if I didn't live 200 miles away it would be!
I've taken my cats to Paradise for 6 years now and couldn't be happier! The staff are friendly, accommodating, and flexible -- not to mention they try to make my cats feel as comfortable as possible when they are in high stress mode. I am incredibly appreciative of their calmness and encouragement, particularly over the phone! One of my cats was having an eye issue and the staff was super helpful. I recommend Paradise to friends, family, acquaintances. They're the best!
I love how attentive everyone was to our dogs. They really did their best to make them feel comfortable during the exam, since my doggies are usually pretty scared at the vet. They gave them treats and even got down the door to do the exam for the bigger one who hates being picked up. And, on top of that, they really know their stuff. Our dog had some problem with his paws being itchy and he would always bite them which we were always told was just allergies. Here the vet recommended some different solutions in case it was actually mites, which no one had ever suggested before.
I hardly ever write reviews but this place does everything to earn it. I’ve only had two visits but everyone from the front desk through billing is patient, friendly and accommodating. You can tell they work extremely hard at top notch service. Never a long wait, reasonable prices and caring doctors. Fantastic experience thus far.
Our puppy Hershey was treated with the best care. Perfect place for real service and not a scam for mone making. Definitely less expensive than expected and wonderful environment. You can tell each staff member loves what they do!
