The wait for service was longer than 15 minutes and the food portions was small but tasteful
Worst experience ever. I will never go to another friendly's again. I won't even purchase their brand at the grocery store. Never had such bad service or I should say no service and it wasn't busy. They truly suck, worst employees I've ever seen even worse management. Damn I can't give zero stars.
It's been a little while but the first time I went there was the last time I went there. We didn't even stay to eat, it was a mess and we waited 5 mins for a server and they never came so we left
The service is the worst. I waited over 25 to just be acknowledged. I simply wanted to order ice cream through carry out. The employees just kept walking by us and kept doing other things. Even the manager came up at one point and didn't even acknowledge us. It was not just us either, there were several customers complaining either by the wait time or the fact that their order was never brought to the table and that they were ready to go. This is not the first time that this has happened. It happens every time.
Came in for breakfast . Same 2 girls and same mngr every morning. Food is amazing and the 2 girls are the best . Big guy in the back is a great cook/ mngr. . Love it here . Food is always good.
