The young lady at the window was super nice. Great late night Fast Food! Cinnamonny Apple Pies, great burgers, and ther marinara with the mozzarella sticks resembled homemade!
Got a number one meal I understand it’s a fast food place but I waited in line for 13 minutes for my food when I pulled up to the drive thu they told me that it was a two minute wait on fries I waited 13 minutes altogether and when I got my fries they were cold
1. You need to put the store number on your receipts for the survey!
Two Things:
Once I got to the cashier's window I explained and was told I'd have to drive back around and place my order at the intercom machine. I found her response to be inconsiderate—I left. Bad customer service.
The food is typically pretty good and hot when you receive it. There are one or two slightly racist employees that speak to you the least amount possible if your light skinned ( it's obvious who they are ) but otherwise everyone else is super nice & professional.
2. You have Randalstown (Spelled wrong) as the city on the receipt. You are in Catonsville, MD! lol
Was trying to pick up one small meal on my way home. There was a horrible storm and it was pouring, visibility was bad on the road! No way was I going to roll down my car window and soak the inside of my car and myself ordering at the intercom machine. It didn't seem that other people were using it. There were three customers ahead of me and I did not see one of them roll down the window to place an order, they instead drove up to the cashier's window. I also imagined that the employees would be considerate enough to accept orders at the cashier's window where there was cover from the storm and one could roll down the car window without completely getting soaked.
