Worst branch of car rental, I have encountered till date.
Made a reservation and headed to the place to pick my car at 1pm, was denied with the reason" we currently don't have any cars now".
I'm a very loyal customer to Enterprise for several years and I generally rent from the downtown Silver Spring MD Location. However, I must say that I am now loyal to Catonsville Entreprise. Brian the Manager is very professional and his staff is top notched. I am very pleased with this location and I now call them family. I will always rent from this location. Trust me. You won't be disaapointed. Customer Service - Super Clean Cars - Super Accomodating - Super. I am a very satisfied customer.
Nice Place to rent a car. Good customer executives and very helpful. Sometimes is a little expensive
Extended my reservation to 5:30 pm. Made a call to ensure if there were any cars available, on assurance I started to the rental car location, made a call again at 5:55pm to inform them about the delay due to traffic. Reached the place at 6:05 pm and was denied a car, reason-- "We are closed at 6pm"

The manager was a joke...he was rude unhelpful and didn't know what to do....I will make sure I take my business some where else, and I want everyone to know, not to go to this enterprise car rental....and they wonder why you take you business elsewhere. ...from now on I will just go to Jessup md. ..customer service here is very important, and the management knows there stuff....never again....I really wanted to wait for his rude ass to get off so I could teach him so manners...fat black ...no haircut or shave,,,there should be someone who looks presentable as manager. ...very unhappy with enterprise. ..6408 baltimore national pike...
