This is my second time renting from this location. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have seen bad reviews about this location (and Budget in general) BUT I honestly have no complaints at all. When things go well I tend to repeat it . . . I will definitely use them again.
The day we moved they called 8 minutes before we were supposed to pick the truck up with no truck there for us. The only reason I gave it 1 star was because i couldn't give it 0
We called around to many different locations around Maryland and no one had trucks. Many people were very rude as well. We had paid movers at the house and had to pay them for sitting around. I recommend you don't use this company. They were rude and ignorant.
I love renting cars from this location. The rates are affordable, the staff is helpful and friendly and the cars they have are clean and fun to drive. Best rental place I have been to (and I've been to a variety). Love this Budget; it's my go-to from now on.
