Seems to be well-stocked with many options for all different kinds of pets and the store looks very clean staff was nice

This is a really ghetto petsmart, go west on route 40 to the new one they built by the new giant supermarket instead, its a whole lot better

A few months ago i bought 2 guinea pigs, and after I paid for them i was informed by an employee the one had a skin condition and was treated for it. Here lately I have noticed that he has sores on his neck and other spots which leads me to believe that the skin condition is back or was never treated in the first place. So I called pet smart, and they don’t keep information on guinea pigs after they are bought.....which is bull you would think they would keep information on a litter of animals that had a skin condition! So now i have to take my guinea pig to a vet and when they ask me what vaccinations has he got i have to say that “oh pet smart don’t keep information on guinea pigs that were sick while at their store” and hope that a vet can help my pool little baby.
