Is this how you're supposed to treat your customers?

I keep hoping for a pleasant experience every single time and I’m disappointed every single time. No harm in being polite and civil. It might actually brighten someone’s day.

Today, they showed up on my doorstep. They did NOT open them to verify, and stamped "SPOILED" all over my packages, and crossed out my original postage.

Honestly the worst experience. Incredibly rude and no regard for decency. I will not get into detail and I called and complained and still waiting for a call back. I work for the government too and no way do I treat anyone this way. I told Ms. Daisy that, not that she cared. I actually left the place in tears.

These ladies are very sweet and helpful. I asked a million questions about sending wedding invitations, stamps, and so much more, and they weighed everything for me, smiled, answered all my follow-up, and even congratulated me as I walked out. Very friendly, especially when you're friendly back. :)

I brought them to the Catonsville Post Office because my branch was closed. The clerk was obscenely rude to me, and questioned whether or not my posters qualify for media mail (they do, they are educational pieces, and fall under your "Printed educational reference"). The clerk yelled at me in front of the entire staff and other customers, and threatened to open my packages.

I've gone here a few times and each time the workers here were rude. I avoid this place like the plague. Most of the mail carriers are disrespectful too and so are their supervisors—utterly unprofessional.

I told her she was welcome to do so to verify them. She told me she was going to open them later and then send them back to me if they did not meet the standards. I said that was fine with me, and left.

I had purchased shipping for 3 tubes of posters from the USPS website, and affixed them to the outside of the tubes.
