My husband always gets me birthday and anniversary flowers from Rutland Beard in Catonsville. The arrangements are always unique and beautiful. The most recent arrangement of summer flowers lasted almost two full weeks. For those that have complained about the delivery drivers leaving their flowers in the heat/cold, I bet if you called the shop they'd make it right.
This place is piss poor. They will do work for online flower delivery services which is how I got screwed on 1 stop florists. I ordered the best which shows a gorgeous arrangement. I wish Google allowed me to post the pictures in this review. Almost $80 and they sent me what looks like a $5 carry out arrangement from Wal-Mart. It is truly pathetic how bad this turned out and I had this delivered to my girlfriends job no less. Oh and don't bother asking for rush delivery. 2pm guaranteed turned to sorry we just took your money to we can do by 4pm to written on the card deliver by 4:15-4:20 she noticed upon delivery. Do NOT use these people whatever you do!!!
Flower received was NOT what I ordered. I understand the need to substitute flowers, containers, etc., but the substitution flowers were unacceptable, and looked like they'd fallen over in the delivery vehicle multiple times before they arrived.
Friends sent me a birthday bouquet. We were not home when it was delivered so the driver just left it on the front porch in the freezing cold. By the time we arrived home, the flowers were ruined.
One of the best florists in the business. They create wonderful designer choices. That are prettier than any picture page on these websites. Anyone who writes a bad review have no clue on what this company is capable of creating for them.
