I leave and Rita tells me to call back in 2 hours (3:30 PM). When I do, she has no update for me. I received no call back before they closed to let me know anything either.
I decided to show up in person to get the application completed since the staff is incompetent. This is when I met Rita (1st desk to the left).
OneMain Financial continues to assist me on a regular basis by answering all of my questions or concerns of my finances ,especially returning my phone calls.Thank you (R. C. and J.)
They approved me for a loan. They called me twice and said they had everything set up. Then I got a third call and then suddenly I wasn't approved. These people lack customer service. I wouldn't recommend them.
Less than one star.
I was "helped", a word I use grudgingly, by Rita. I knew I would have a negative experience here after no one called me back in 24 hrs. after I submitted my application. I had to call them - that was strike one.
I'd leave no stars if it were possible. I DO NOT recommend this location or company at all.
I tell Rita I need a 12 month loan for X amount of dollars and she keeps pushing me to get a 36 month loan for $500 more than I need it for. This, along with the fact that they openly were discussing the money they were making, proved to me that they're not really there to help the customers. That was strike two.
While she's looking over my application, her, Brandon (seated behind her) and Courtney (desk on the right) are talking about their financial numbers - something you basically should not be doing with a customer in the office. You don't need to remind people that you're making money off of their (usually) bad experiences.
1) Rita - Queen of terrible customer service.
In the order of least helpful to most (which is laughable), I will list the staff as per my experience:

I actually had a positive experience here. I sat with Rita, she went over my loan in detail, answered my questions and I was out within the hour. Next day my $ was direct deposited in my account.
I called around 10 AM the next day and was told by Brandon that Rita was busy, but that he'd let her know that I called (which I'm sure he didn't). I called back 3.5 hours later and got Courtney, she said Rita was on lunch, but would let her know that I called (I'm sure she didn't either). I received no call back from Rita. None of the other office staff offered to help complete my application when they saw that Rita was incompetent (which leads me to believe that this is the way the office usually runs). I called back about 20 minutes before the close of business that day to cancel my application, which Courtney was more than happy to do (she didn't ask why or try to retain me as a customer - which means they all probably just let money walk out the door - which is really great for the company).

3) Brandon - I initially called this location to ask some questions before submitting my application and I spoke with him on the phone. He seemed knowledgeable and this is what initially lead me to believe that I would have a good experience here. As I mentioned before, neither he nor Courtney offered to pick up Rita's slack.
2) Courtney - Horrible phone etiquette; sounds as though she'd rather be watching Gilmore Girls than helping you.
