We went into the store for a SIM card, and the man said "we're out of stock, you'll have to call around". Um, isn't that your job? I didn't mind the 10 minute wait, or the lack of SIM cards, but a little initiative would've been appreciated.
With new management I've seen a huge difference! better service, better employees, better deals
I went to the store to inquire about an iPad. The young lady, I'm sorry dear but I did not get your name, she was great. She made me feel welcome--which I love! And she took her time explaining their plans and pricing. Great customer service!
Rhema is the Best! She's a five star all the way. Very knowledgeable, excellent customer service and very professional. The entire staff are great aswell.
