I went to the Meineke in Catonsville on 9/14/17 to get my car serviced for an oil change. There was a T-Mobile promotion going on for a free one. I originally scheduled my appointment for 8/22/2017. The woman emails me an hour before my appointment and tells me I need to reschedule my appointment because there are none available. I call and she says that that email was correct I do need to reschedule because when I put it in it was through an automated system and she goes in to see where the error is and emails people. Let's jump to today 9/14/17. The date I rescheduled LIKE SHE ASKED ME TO. I get here. I see a sign saying " This store is no longer participating in T-Mobile Tuesday" never received an email or anything. This lady proceeds to say very nonchalanty " Oh yeah I stopped doing that it was a mess " no regard for what she originally promised or the business relationship
Terrible place. Horrible attitudes. The owner rolls her eyes and the service manager hangs up the phone on you after cussing at you. Don't waster your money ar this disgusting store. Owner and service manager were disgusting and had no customer or people skills whatsoever
Needed a muffler in a hurry and they came through for me when other places were saying they had no openings. About 2 hours from start to finish including having to get a part. Waiting room is tiny and spare but the coffee was pretty good.
con artist, stipped my lugnut bar and when i brought it back in to show them they said it was my fault and wanted to charge me $140 to fix what they broke. Not omou did they out my safety at risk, they were rude as neck about it, theirs so many auto shops in that road that you should just go somewhere else
After reading negative feedbacks, i still scheduled oil change appointment at this center, really trust me they took 3 hours and in these 3 hrs they only smoke cigarettes and uses there cellphones and before 5 mins of closing they ready my car... i called and file a complaint on help center, they call me back said only an apologise.. i never use again and also tell all my family and friends not go there...
She just ruined. I would not get serviced for this company if my car exploded in a million pieces. And I hope the right person sees this and the woman gets exactly what she deserves because that was outrages. I hope everyone reads this and thinks twice about going to the route 40 in Catonsville.
