Maybe my gears and chain were regreased/cleaned? Hard to tell.
They put my bike seat on backwards . . . Not the sitting part but the bit that holds the seat. Causing the seat to be at a weird angle that I hadn't noticed until it was far too late into my ride for me to fix.
Love these guys. Great deals on bikes. Service team is solid. Any they do many great community events.

For 75 bucks to do a "checkup" on my bike, they didn't even clean it up at all ...
They are an authorized Giant retailer so I dropped in to look at a bike that I was hunting for a while :). Trace told me everything about it, gave me some awesome tips, let me test drive it (at night) and then gave me a very good deal on it. I ended up buying it and am extremelly pleased with the purchase. It's probably the best bike I have ever owned. Trace was very friendly and open to help with anything. Highly recommend this cozy bike shop. I will definitelly come again!
